Return Policy

Hebe Kombucha Inc. offers a 100% refund for unused and untampered products*. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery and/or quality of our product(s) purchased within the last 2 months, simply return the unused portion of the shipment along with a detailed explanation of the reason(s) for your return to the address below. Please note: All returns valued at $500 or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Note: Refund is for cost of the merchandise returned plus standard, domestic return shipping charges incurred while returning said items. Initial shipping charges are not reimbursed. Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeated patterns indicative of abuse. Exchanges are not available online.

Credit card orders will be refunded by the card used for your most recent purchase of each specific item. Check and money order purchases will be refunded by check.
