Shipping Information

We are happy to have you as our customer and honored that you decided to do business with us. Once we receive your order, we thrive to have your order processed the same day. If we receive your order on Saturday after ending of our normal business hours, your order will be processed and shipped the following Monday. No shipments will be done on regular holidays.
The following shipment conditions will apply.

United States:

  • FedEx (please note: FedEx does not pick up packages the day after Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve; deliveries still occur Christmas Eve)
    • FedEx Ground.Shipping cost based on order weight and size of box. Cost may be calculated by clicking on the “Calculate Shipping” Link in the shopping cart.
      Transit Time Estimate: 2-6 business days
    • FedEx 3-Day Select. Shipping cost based on order weight and size of box. Cost may be calculated by clicking on the “Calculate Shipping” Link in the shopping cart.
      Transit Time Estimate: 3 business days*
    • FedEx 2nd Day Air. Shipping cost based on order weight and size of box. Cost may be calculated by clicking on the “Calculate Shipping” Link in the shopping cart.
      Transit Time Estimate: 2 business days*
    • FedEx Next Day.  Shipping cost based on order weight and size of box. Cost may be calculated by clicking on the “Calculate Shipping” Link in the shopping cart.

Responsibility for Product Shipment

    • Please enter your shipping information carefully and correctly. Packages that must be reshipped due to faulty addresses will be assessed a second delivery charge.
    • As much as we take utmost care while preparing your delivery in our facility, once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Hebe Kombucha Inc. is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage customers to use the tracking information provided to them to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly.
    • Please note, our kombucha and water kefir products are living probiotics beverages which are sensitive to high temperatures.  Please remove these items from the mailbox or your door step promptly and store them in a refrigerator.
